How do we work?

NEUROMUSCULAR STRENGTH

We mainly use three types of resistance:

  • Isoinertial resistance: Yo-Yo type equipment and conical pulleys that offer us a type of resistance that adapts to the capacity of the athlete.
  • Pneumatic resistances: These allow us to train with total safety at any speed, with any load and in any plane of movement.
  • Resistance of the elastic type: To be able to carry out any type of movement, imitating sporting gestures and activities of daily life.
  • And gravitational resistances such as free weights.
